1. Use of the Service

JobSmart.co is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-assisted tools for career development, including but not limited to generating cover letters, resume optimization, application answers, job tracking, and an Interview Simulator with voice recording and AI-powered feedback. All content generated is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are responsible for verifying all outputs and ensuring they meet your needs. You agree not to rely solely on automated content for any professional, legal, or employment-related decisions.

2. Beta Release Notice

JobSmart.co is offered as a Beta version. The Platform is actively evolving and may contain bugs, temporary interruptions, incomplete features, or inaccuracies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform may change, update, or be suspended at any time.
• Functionality and output quality may vary.
• You assume full responsibility for how you use any content generated.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity performed under your account.

4. Fees and Billing

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation affects future billing only—you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Platform
• Use the Service to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Upload sensitive or confidential data you do not have the right to share

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, features, branding, and platform materials are owned by The Talent Cooperative, LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not resell, publish, or commercially distribute platform outputs without explicit permission.

7. AI Disclosure and Limitations

The Service uses third-party large language models (LLMs) and other automated systems.

You acknowledge that:

• Generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information.
• AI outputs should be reviewed before use.
• We do not guarantee correctness, originality, or factual accuracy.
• We are not responsible for how third-party AI systems process inputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Talent Co-op, LLC is not liable for:

• Any employment outcomes
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Service failures, errors, or delays
• Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content
• Damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
