This Privacy Policy describes how The Talent Cooperative, LLC (dba The Talent Co-op, LLC) ("Company," "we," "our," "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use JobSmart.co ("Platform," "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily submit, including:

  • Uploaded resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, or text inputs
  • Messages sent through support email or contact forms
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe or similar providers; we do not store full card numbers)

1.2 Automatically-Collected Information

We gather information automatically through cookies, logs, and tracking tools:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and device identifiers
  • Usage patterns, interactions, and time spent on the Platform
  • Referring URLs

1.3 AI Input Data

Because JobSmart.co uses automated large language models (LLMs):

  • Any content you submit may be processed by third-party AI systems
  • Data submitted to generate resume content, cover letters, or interview prep may be temporarily stored, analyzed, or transformed for the sole purpose of producing outputs
  • Do not upload extremely sensitive data (SSNs, financial account numbers, medical records).

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Generate AI-assisted content based on user inputs
  • Personalize and improve user experience
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions
  • Send service updates and administrative messages

3. AI Processing & Automated Systems

Because JobSmart.co uses LLMs and automated tools:

  • Content you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI processors
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
  • The Service does not make employment decisions or guarantee job outcomes
  • We do not allow AI providers to use your data for training unless required for safety or operational integrity
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before use.

We share information only with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • Hosting providers
  • AI processing partners
  • Analytics tools
  • Support and email delivery services
